Some time ago I was singing a Easter song, my mom thaught us, at school. And apparently none of the other kids knew the song so I was very confused and tried looking it up on the web but I couldn’t find it so I asked my mom about why no one else knew the song. Apparently it’s a song which have been passed down for many generations in our family. I’d reallt like to find out how old that song is….

My mother sang us songs for every holiday. I only clearly remember the Christmas nad Halloween ones, but I know she had them for Easter, spring in general, and other occasions. What do you remember of the song?

Well it’s a Danish song so…
It’s about an Easter chicken hiding an egg and then there’s verses which describes the places you could look for the egg 🙂
Sounds like you and your mom is pretty close, and you must have some really nice memories 🙂

That sounds like a cute song. I hope you’re able to track it down. My mom is 95 years old and getting somewhat forgetful, but she was a great mom to grow up with.
